Oasis Automate builds automation systems for small businesses, and some of those systems use artificial intelligence. This includes tools like AI receptionists that answer calls and messages, automated appointment scheduling, and automated follow-up communications. We believe you should always know when you’re interacting with AI — so this page explains how we handle that.

When AI is used in client-facing communications — for example, when an AI receptionist answers a call, or an automated system sends a follow-up text or email — those communications will include an appropriate disclosure identifying them as AI-generated or AI-assisted. We build this transparency into the systems we deploy for our clients, so their customers are never left guessing whether they’re talking to a person or a machine.

This practice aligns with Nevada Senate Bill 149, which requires disclosure when AI-generated communications are sent to consumers. (Note: this reference is based on information from the 2025 Nevada legislative session, with the requirement expected to take effect October 1, 2026. Please verify the current status of the law for the most up-to-date requirements.) Beyond legal compliance, we simply think honesty about AI is good business.

This page is a transparency notice, not a terms of service. If you have questions about how AI is used in any system we’ve built, or about a communication you’ve received, please reach out through our contact page.
